AA Unique Catering – Website Policies

This page outlines the policies governing the use of the AA Unique Catering website and services. By placing an order with AA Unique Catering (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.

Terms & Conditions

Orders are accepted daily between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or any required deposit must be received before order preparation unless alternate arrangements are approved.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, delivery information, and special instructions at the time of ordering. AA Unique Catering is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or service complications caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

AA Unique Catering reserves the right to make reasonable menu substitutions of equal value when certain ingredients or menu items are unavailable due to supplier limitations or market conditions.

AA Unique Catering shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Traffic delays

  • Supplier shortages

  • Equipment failure

  • Acts of nature or other force majeure events

By placing an order through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products and the preparation required for catering services, AA Unique Catering maintains the following refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before food preparation begins. If preparation has not started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of AA Unique Catering depending on the timing of the request and any costs already incurred.

Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

After an order has been delivered or picked up, food products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

If there is an issue with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution if applicable.

Delivery Policy

AA Unique Catering provides delivery services during the following hours unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Delivery Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Order Acceptance Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Clients must provide accurate delivery information including address, event location, and contact information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

AA Unique Catering is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Inability to access the delivery location

  • Client unavailability at the delivery site

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, the order may be considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for a refund.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

AA Unique Catering prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to:

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Fish

  • Shellfish

While we take precautions to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe food allergies should contact us prior to ordering to discuss available options.

Privacy Policy

AA Unique Catering is committed to protecting your privacy.

When you visit our Wix-hosted website or place a catering order, we may collect personal information including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Billing and delivery address

  • Event details

  • Special instructions

  • Payment information

Payments are processed securely through Wix payment providers. AA Unique Catering does not store full credit card information on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and manage catering orders

  • Schedule deliveries between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Event Liability Policy

AA Unique Catering provides food and catering services in accordance with applicable food safety standards and reasonable preparation practices. However, by purchasing catering services from AA Unique Catering, the client agrees that AA Unique Catering shall not be held responsible for injuries, illness, property damage, or other incidents occurring at an event after food has been delivered or served, except where required by applicable law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that food is stored, handled, and served safely once it has been delivered or picked up. AA Unique Catering is not responsible for issues that occur due to improper storage, extended holding times, or improper handling after delivery.

Clients are also responsible for informing their guests of potential food allergens or dietary restrictions when applicable.

Payment & Deposit Policy

Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before order preparation unless otherwise approved by AA Unique Catering.

For larger catering orders or events, a deposit may be required to reserve the event date and preparation time. Deposits may be applied toward the total cost of the order.

If a cancellation occurs before food preparation begins, refunds may be issued according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined above. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on preparation costs, ingredient purchases, and scheduling commitments already made.

Failure to submit payment or required deposits by the agreed time may result in the order being delayed or cancelled.
